Good, but bought under unusual situation

They persuaded me to buy this "just in case there was a problem in installation". Sure enough, there was a problem and I had to have them use this. They then forget to re-download the info back into my computer and I had to do it. From a simple installation of Webroot to this was a major surprise.

First one a dud, but 2nd worked fine

Tried it in my laptop and had same issue. We took it back to Best Buy and the sales guy said if it failed to work in multiple computers, it might just be a faulty drive. We got another one and it worked fine. Guess the first one was just a lemon.
