He was spot on. It doesn't always read when I turn on my computer and if I unplug it and replug it, it connects.

Very Convenient

My previous backup drive was a bit cumbersome, though it worked like a champ. Right before it went to heaven, I was able to transfer everything over to my Portable Hard Drive. I love it! And... I have more room on my desk.

Laptop died!

Best Buy transferred all my files, and I didn't lose a thing! Now they are assessable anytime I need them, or I can download them to my current system.
