I love the simplicity in using this! It is very user friendly! I am not the most talented person when it comes to technology and even I had no problem!

Western Digital drives are simply the best in the industry. You can save a few dollars with other brands but you will lose out on durability and reliability.

It's a USB device, it just sort of works so there's not much to say. The backup software from Western Digital is nice to back your entire PC or pick-n-choose your folders.
