Compatible with windows & mac. Easy setup. In my past experience, these hard drives are good quality and have not failed for years.

Geez, more I.T. candy for my users. I do like the compact and reliability of these units. The only danger is people losing them.

This is a good backup drive and protabale enough to take with you when needed for traveling. Easy, convenient and can travel with it.

I needed a device to hold Tax information for customers and I needed to be able to secure the information. This has a lot of space for numerous accounts.

This was the external hard drive that Geek Squad utilized to back up all my fathers pc files after fearing they would all be corrupt or worse lost. As mentioned in my other review in regards to Geek Squads service, they are quick and knowledgeable in what needs to be done, and were able to save my fathers files after all. In fact they set it up so that it periodically backs-up to this external HD to avoid future problems. Western Digital is a leading brand in computer hard drives and we are confident it will securely protect my fathers files for years to come.

It is pretty durable. I have dropped couple times and nothing happened. Copying file is not a problem anymore with this usb3.0.

This hard drive was purchased for use with my PS4, with the hopes it would be a quick and easy install. It was just that and working as advertised.

Just purchased the My Passport from Western Digital and very happy with the unit. Easy to use and faster than my other Seagate drives.

I bought this for my daughter after buying a laptop with low storage. It was easy for her to set up and great at transferring files.

I had to send some large files to a friend across the country and these worked great for the transport. Good value for what I needed accomplished.

I was I need of an external portable hard drive and thank goodness Best Buy has one! This was the perfect one and the price was great! Very convent.

It’s a plastic housing which isn’t too bad, but don’t expect it to hold up well to a fall. Especially with the spinning discs inside. But at the price and storage it’s an excellent backup device or for video editing and storing arvhives

There is set up and downloads to get this to work. Not as easy as I had hoped
