Purchased this for use with my laptop. Its a nice design and has plenty of storage for what I need

I have bought five of these in the last year for different applications and they haven't failed me!

I needed a place for the mirror image for my computer hard drive. This fills all the requirements.

Needed an external hard drive to hold all family photos and music and misc items and that was also portable. This does not need a power source, it uses the computers. Easy to plug in and works almost immediately. Its small and has a ton of space that i wont use all of.

i would recommend this drive for a back-up and data storage. A great price and very easy to set up

I was so caught up in buying more phone storage or losing my photos. Once I got this, it was great! Stored all of my photos from cameras and cell phones in one place. My husband stores movies. We even made it to where we could use it on both windows and Mac files.

I needed an External Drive for work. Western Digital makes good hard drives and thy have colors to choose from so if you have several projects that you need to store separately it makes it easier to Identify. Price was reasonable and I could just walk in and get it- no waiting for delivery

My Passport looks and works great - just as you would suspect. I was surprised though, that there were zero instructions. Thus it took me awhile to figure out how to backup items on My Passport. Even though it is simple, it would have been nice to have some instructions for those of us who need them.

we needed more storage because we were dealing with videos and editing this external hard drive is very easy to use and you can work in the hard drive so there is no transferring back and forth.

Did what I needed it to do. Bought a new laptop and used it to save everything from my old one.

Product works well. Easy to install and use right out of the box. Pocket sized product makes it easy to transport when I am travelling. Minimizes the need for a large hard drive on a laptop, since you can access files on the passport using a usb connection.

I buy these all the time. I work for a criminal defense attorney and some times the government ask us to bring these in so that they can load discovery evidence on it. These are great.

Wasn’t very expensive and was very easy to use. This solved that $10 a month cloud storage fee.
