Picked this up for a quick needed backup for work. Nice and small, fits right in my backpack side pocket. Worked straight out of the box, nothing to do. Not a bad drive for a low price.

Bought this Passport drive for my laptop. Have been using a similar drive to back up my primary computer for a long time. Good to know that my units can be restored in case of major failure.

Spoke with Geek squad member before purchasing this external hard drive for my step daughters use with her laptop that was maxed out on storage. Product is compact, easy to use via USB port and to save or move files from computer hard drive and free up valuable space. With 1 TB of storage I can not imagine needing more!

I purchased this external hard drive to attach to my DVR+ so I could have additional space for recording TV shows & movies. Works great and just what I needed at a reasonable price.

This “My Passport 1TB external hard drive (a.k.a.- flash drive)” is DEFINITELY money well spent!!! The storage on my laptop, as well as my iPhone was almost maxed out. Since I wasn’t proactive about organizing, naming, saving, etc... in the beginning with all of my pictures, what started out as iCloud being a great backup tool (6 years ago) turned into thousands of pictures years later and a huge and very time consuming mess!!! This flash drive holds around 300,000 pictures, so not only is it nice to store ALL of my existing pictures onto ONE flash drive, but I’ll also be able to store future pics (around 295,000 MORE) onto the same flash drive.

Bought this for my PS4. I have a console from launch day (so only 500G) and just filled it up recently. This works the same and is much cheaper than the Sony specific one. Get it.

Great external hard drive for my sons xbox one and even better when he wants to take it to a friends house instead of the whole xbox, haha. Over all works great and the ease of it is great to.

I love the fact that I can put all of my documents and photos on one device and be able to save them there. It is portable and can be used on any computer and can be taken anywhere you go.

I bought this for school since we need both this and a thumb drive. This hard drive is excellent and loads up on any computer fast. It's small and portable enough to put into your back pocket.

Wanted the portability of having an external drive for flexibility and back up needs between work and home. Plenty of storage and at a great price for what I needed.

Bought this to store all the pictures we take with our phones. Easy to use, reliable would definitely recommend especially now that it's going down in price

I used this drive to create a Mac instance then copied a time machine backup to it. It works great though you have to be a little patient with running a Mac osx over a usb3 port.

This one is easy to use and stores a lot of data. I had all my old data transferred from one that stopped working and this one seems to be working fine. Still looks like no matter which one I purchase after a few years it needs to be transferred and I would buy this one again.

One thing that we never have enough of is space. It doesn't matter if its is at home or on our computers. I use this drive strictly for the videos and pictures that I take. It has a lot of space, its fast and the best feature was the price. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for portable storage space.

This is the second 1 TB My passport hard drive I have purchased. This one was purchased as a gift. Excellent for safely backing up important files and storing music and pictures.

I don't usually by WD products because of the rate of breakdown they have. As a computer business WD have the highest rate of failure I have found. This little guy has been flawless. Always remember to safely remove any external data device before pulling the usb cable out. If it does not safely remove then shutdown the computer before pulling the cable. This is another reason for failures.

This drive is nice because it’s small and convenient. I got the 1TB version which is plenty of storage that I needed for portability. No separate power is needed because it gets power from the USB 3 cable making it even more convenient. Does exactly what I needed and intended it for.

I considered online cloud services for backup but the Geek Squad technician recommended this product. I am very pleased with the ease of use and extremely reasonable price

Had it for 2 weeks now. Works great with my wii u. Just plug in with the supplied usb cord, formatted it, and it works. No Y usb cable needed. Downloaded Zelda onto it and no problems.
