great option for backing up data and have a portable option for my files

These drives are great because they have a password that you can set so your data has an extra layer of security. Slim, speedy, elegant. A great purchase, and available up to 4TB I believe.

The hard drive of our old computer crashed so we are being more careful.

Been using these WD external drives for years as back-ups. Bought this one to store family photos to keep in our safe deposit box. Small in size with lots of storage space and over the years have proven to be 100% reliable

This is my 2nd WD My Passport. They are easy to use, easy to carry and easy to store. I backed up all documents, photos and music (over 100G) on my old computer and transferred them to my new computer and it took a fraction of the time I expected.

I have a YouTube channel and store all of my videos on the drive, as well as, all of the pictures I have taken over the years and all of the many documents. No signs of glitches. There is still so much space, so glad I bought it.

This replaced my ancient WD MyBook from circa 2006, and works so fast, plus it’s infinitely smaller than the last unit. This fits easily into my purse or school bag, and was a great addition to my home and school setups.
