Steady-Eddie WD portable drive... As usual!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this drive for my wife as a quick single-cable solution for her Time Machine backup needs on her MacBook Pro. WD portable drives are religiously reliable and this one has been no different. I own two of its predecessors myself and the price/GB/Quality is a good ratio. I'd like to see more SSD offerings from WD in this space for faster backup and larger replacements for Thumb Drives but I hope they stick with the Micro USB 3.0 interface and begin to offer cables for USB-A and USB-C applications. That will be useful for the future but for now this is a good drive that does what it needs to do quickly.
