    Works GREAT. A much older external drive was starting to indicate it was going to crash soon. Chose this because it was cheap and big (lots of hd space). Didn't realize it was 3" size until I picked it up, which was a pleasant surprise. Plugged it in and started dumping content from the old drive within minutes. Been working pretty much flawless ever since.

    Had an old pc that can only boot in safe mode. Was able to transfer all of my documents and pictures to this and transfer to my new drive. Super tiny, and the bright red makes it easy to find.

    Once I got it working turned out ok. Geek Squad knew nothing about it and not able to help after three sessions. Called HQ to complain and Geek Squad said it was defective and shipped a repacement. Geek Squad not able to help with that either. I called Western Digital factory, they knew what they were doing and now it works just fine. HINT TO BEST BUY: If you sell something train your experts how to trouble shoot it. You didn't and you wasted several days' worth of my time. POOBAH!
