I have a few of these. One totally for photos, another for embroidery design and on and on. They are of great value to store in order to free up your computer.

Holds alot and easy access to the games we moved to it.

I needed a drive for a gamer kid. Needed it to be simple and work. This was perfect. The fact that it came in a fun blue was a bonus. I have used WD drives before. My expectations were high. My expectations were met. 'Nuf said.

Works great for my intended purposes. We used it to transfer pictures onto to save them for future use.

These are my go to back up drives. So far they have not crashed on me but I’m sure someday they will. All drives fail sometime but so far these last for many years

Drive works great, i love the ability to lock the druve with encryption gives me that safe feeling.

This is my second unit. I loved the first one so much that I bought the second without any hesitation. Its very fast for what I do (backup my Documents, Pictures, etc.). Didn't bother to note down the timings but it was fast.

I purchased the item for my son who recently bought a computer. I was very pleased with the assistance of the sales associate and his knowledge of the product. I also thought the price was reasonable.

Using this for a backup. I didn't originally plan to purchase a portable, but got upgraded when BB couldn't find the one I came in for which was supposed to be in stock. It's nice that it doesn't require an external power supply.

Good unit for the price. Purchased for simple backup for new desktop computer. Learning curve simple with plug in and follow directions.

Needed more space and this is coming in handy. I take a lot of photos and develop flyers for clients and needed the extra space to saved important files. Greatest investment with laptop purchase.

Purchased a 2nd external drive as backup protection. Had one of these a few years back and it was bumped off my desk and stopped working. This way I store files on both of my external hard drives to ensure I do not loose any data.

It's red so I'm less likely to lose it. It holds all the data from two laptops and has space for more. I really appreciated the support I received from Trey at Geek Squad Torrance. So far, so good.

This hard drive is small and compact and has plenty of storage space. We travel and my wife is a photographer who takes a lot of digital photos as well as video. This device holds it all without compromising space in her camera bag
