This an excellent purchase for that extra needed storage

It was easy to transfer the items over! Had enough space and looks good!

Decent drive. I've purchases about 5 of these over the years and they're all still going. Good value for the money. WD's support is solid. Sadly, the drive died shortly after getting, but the RMA process was fast and simple.

I have been buying these for years. I am glad that they're now coming in color choices that not only help better organize you're electronics, but give flavor to a room color scheme when using it.

Needed extra storage. I had lots of pictures on my phone and camera. It holds all of them and I still have lots of room.

After waiting and waiting and waiting for a backup to finish on my desktop I decided to get one of these. Backup is now finished. I would be still waiting if I did not buy this MUCH faster drive.

Very easy to use and works great, small and easy to connect.

Set up on a MAC was not easy for an average person. Im well versed in computers but am not a techie and it was frustrating to set up. Once I got it going, it works well. A bit slower to download bc of the extra step on a Mac, but I was moving some large files.

Works as advertised, good value. Can be used without the software, which I prefer.

Simply put, WD My Passport External USB drives are and have always been the recognized symbol of excellence in USB hard drives. I use them to edit video and have never had a problem. Recommended!

I purchased this hard drive for backups of my computers. It will hold more than I needed and I will add to it as needed. Wit the 2TB capacity it will probably hold all I will need for a long time. It is well worth the money.

I’ve always used WD passports external drives. My old WD was slowing down somewhat and replaced it with this kind. I am glad I did, as it complimented my XPS computer, it is fast and smooth.

This portable hard drive is working great. Store Rep was very helpful in getting exactly what I needed.

Effective fundamental product. Very minimal space taken up for operations and processes, so it had very close to the full 2 terabytes, as the product said it should. Good buy for the price and I would buy it again.

Needed a solution to back up my old computer but wanted portability. Seems like life is moving so quickly forward and the desktops are outdated every year. This unit works as advertised and I have no issues.

This is a great portable hard drive - lots of storage, low price, very quiet. Using this as extended storage on my PS4, providing me the space to download many more games from the Playstation store.

Good capacity hard drive for the price easy to use

All good, but I use it as dumb drive. I reformat and use it for data storage. Can't comment on any software it comes with.
