Easily was able to plug it in and begin use with my PlayStation 5. No issues with the product itself

This WD Passport serves my backup needs well. I purchased it to upgrade to current technology, having appreciated a backup in the past to which I had to restore after a hard drive crash. Well worth the peace of mind!

Just what I needed, great customer service, done in 1 day.

Plug and play. Works just like a USB when plugged in and appears as My Passport. Works with Windows and Linux (Manjaro, Fedora, Zorin, ext). Awesome back up. Makes a little whirring sound when plugged in.

This item was a geat value for a reasonable price. I always have a need to be safe and having my files backed up helps!

This is my 3rd WD external HDD. First one 7 years ago and still going strong with all my data intact. Now they are both almost full and going for my 3rd but I still back up all my data in the cloud. So far, so good.

This is a very good drive. It has nicely fast read/write. It's lightweight, very portable and is simple to use. So far, it has had no glitches. This is my go-to drive for backing updata.

Had bought for my mother in law as her pc dod not have enough space.

I need more training on how to use it, though. But it works great. I am looking for training on using the IPAD

The users are developmentally disabled adults who don't know their own strength and have the demeaned of a bull in a China closet and they haven't damaged them at all with the protector. Unbelievable.

Good: favorable price, works well, compact, reliable. Not so good: seems to be slower (lower than 7200RPM drive), Windows 11 .Net updates break the password functionality and requires re-installation of the WD drive software.

This portable hard drive was bought to clone my original hard drive in order to upgrade to windows 10. Cloned without any problem and now this drive is stored as a permanent back up until I am sure there is no problems with 10, then will clone 10 and save as a backup. Quick drive, easy to plug and play.

I bought this with the store Geek Squad recommendation because my previous hard drive did not have enough space left to backup my PC. I was able to leave my computer and hard drive for prompt back up but have not checked to see how it came out.

WD - My Passport 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - Red is the best option for back up and it's virtually misplaced this the Red color Hard Drive

I had to have Geek Squad download something in order to use it! Now it works fine.
