Great external hard drive. Doesn’t need a separate power supply.

I think this is a very good value. It's my backup device. It was on the slow side handling the "restore" (my reason for 4 stars) I needed to do with Carbonite. However it got the job done. It also had good independent reviews.

I have always had WD hard drives and only one of maybe 20 ever had an issue. But these SSD portable drives are outstanding.

I love the newer slimmer form-factor. Everything was "plug and play" with my Mac and I know Western Digital stands behind their disk drives.

Portable Hard-drive is fantastic. It has good safety features to prevent others from accessing without your permission. It's small and very travel ready. So far I'm very happy with it.

Great back up units . You have files you don't want to lose due to a computer crash ( believe me it's heart wrenching ) you owe it to yourself to get at ;east two of these .

It’s a hard drive. Be nice to it and it will be nice to you. The usb 3 connected to my NAS was speedy and reliable. Easily recognized by all my devices I plugged it into.

Small, quiet, cool and does encryption. 2TB's is a good size for backups or specific data files. My prior 1TB lasted 4 years.

This is a very basic, 2 TB HDD. Speeds are acceptable, if not spectacular. For the money, it is a fairly good deal, though I do wish it was USB-C as that is where all the computers are heading.

Worked beautifully! I needed this after my computer was hacked and the technician came and installed it and in no time my computer was up and running.

Small and lots of memory to keep your files backed up . I like the different colors the hard drives come in . Makes file storage easy to catoragize.

Nice form factor, does what it needs to do. Does not get too hot during operation. Will update if issues come up in the future

Seems to work fine. For the amount of money spent it was a good buy compared to a 1TB external drive.

The size of this hard drive is great and I have so much room on it still. Works great and easy to use and move all my documents onto when needed.

This works great for the value. Also works w/ MAC.

This was easy to use and straight forward. Just plug, set to be able to use with apple products (there are instructions) and you’re good to go!
