So far this drive has been reliable. Using it as a side drive to backup old files.

Great little HDD. Adds a pop of color to my xbox one X and triples my overall storage. Easy to set up and quick enough for an xbox one.

The accompanying software fails consistently to install. Several hours wasted researching and retrying to install the software… just to find out the software supplied with the device does not work and is no longer supported by the vendor… The device without functioning software make this an over priced jump drive… I’m very disapointed…..

Works good and is quiet as a mouse. I used it to create a backup and image of two computers after partitioning the drive into 4 segments.

Great if you need space for games. I’ve downloaded so many games and still have plenty of space and my laptop isn’t bogged down with them.

It does what its suppose to do. The cable also doesn't get jammed when I'm trying to pull it out. I haven't had any issues. I plan on buying another.

never used external harddrive before, but i like this one. old pc hard drive is failing, I can now copy all my file to the WD-My Passport. Great!!
