So far it’s a good product. Been using this for about a year. The only problem I had was opening stuff from apple laptop. But i fixed it.

The accompanying software fails consistently to install. Several hours wasted researching and retrying to install the software… just to find out the software supplied with the device does not work and is no longer supported by the vendor… The device without functioning software make this an over priced jump drive… I’m very disapointed…..

Perfect for what I needed. Great price when I bought it on sale.

The only problem I have with this hard drive is that the case is not as thick, tough or as well built as the models before it. The case is very thin and has the feel of a cheap case that will split open if you drop it.

WD My Passport 2TB is a plug and play external hard drive. After you plug it in the hard drive down loads the required drives. Then it is ready to use.

Works great for storing PS4 games to use on my PS5. Drive is very fast and efficient. Even better deal with the sale price I got.

This 2TB disk is my everyday back up, so I take it with me everywhere. It’s well built and pretty fast. At this price, it’s a great value.

This is by far one of the best external hard drive I owned and has an encryption program that keeps your personal documents secured.
