    Western Digital products in general are dependable with little effort to use. I love this about them but as with any manufacture's product without innovation they become complacent. The software contains no wizard but random products placed for you to install. No explanations of what or how to use any of them. I gave the score of 3 stars based on dependability only.

    Have used WD drives for a while. The only thing I don't like is the sparse material for setup to fully utilize the capabilities. Takes too much time to hunt for info. The WD Unlocker is interesting too.
