The only problem is I have to leave it unplugged from the TV unless in use....otherwise it squeaks like it is playing. Doesn't squeak when I am using it so I don't really know what the problem is.

Geek quad transferred all my old information on to new drive. Have used it on my new laptop without any problem.

The Geek Squad member who explained it to me was very informative, telling me the Geek Squad could help me with the installation, too. The new device has boosted my confidence level in my computer, which is also a Best Buy product. I also like my new device because it was on sale.

Took only a few VERY small falls/hits and it doesnt work anymore. If your buying this, make sure to keep to keep it steady/accidently hit it.
