This product is just amazing I absolutely love it for my PS4 much more room for games 100/10

Perfect for what I need. I was looking for ample storage that didn’t break the bank for a dedicated Plex server.

This external hard drive is all I’ll need, probably forever. It’s easy to add to, and for someone who’s not very tech savvy, that’s really important.

These are our go tos for external hard drives. So far, they have served us well, and the price is reasonable.

It's a hard drive. It has space. It boots up. It gets the job done. Always back up your files to multiple drives. Have used them for a week, no issues.

Great product! A lot smaller then the original and usb-c ! I transferred 1 TB in about 20 minutes

Works fine for storing older Xbox games will not allow a Series S or X to read current gen games. Works fine for older games

This portable drive works great right out the box. Just plug it in it works, no fancy work arounds. Also I was able to password protect the drive with little effort with the app that's included.

This has been one of my favorite storage purchases in a long time. It does what it suppose to do. It holds all of my files, especially my graphics, with ease. Plug, load & go on about your business.

Need to back up my laptop that died. I plugged it in and moved files with ease. Loaded the files on a new laptop and was up and running quick. Also, now I have a way to move data easily.

So Far, So Good - I've always had good luck with Western Digital so I don't fore-see any problems. Ease of use and dependability make this a good purchase for me. I'm confident with this purchase.

Easy to use, compact and portable. Great to have the security of a backup.

Technically the drive works; I was able to copy almost 1/2 tb of photos to it. However, the backup software “provided” with the unit was NOT WD Backup as I expected; apparently WD Backup is no longer supported. WD outsourced the backup software to Acronis True Image who requires you to register for a free 4 yr license. After 4 years? Would I be able to recover it if I didn’t have Acronis‘s software? WD didn’t know about that. So, for now, it’s an inert storage device which is its intended use until I identify a backup software that simple enough for my needs. *Footnote to”would I recommend this”: If you know Acronis or don’t mind, it’s probably a great drive.
