Took care of all my space needs and very efficient.

served purpose excellently - to transfer and store data

Purchased this about the first of May 2022. The three software apps that are included on this, when you plug and play, will not load. Had to take it into Geek Squad to get it figured out. Turns out western digital does not support the apps that are preloaded on these anymore. You have to download an external app, which you would not know without doing a lot of research. The unit itself works great once that was all figured out. But initially, it was a nightmare.

Enough storage . I just needed to get all my pictures in one place.

I use this hdd to store and watch videos. It does a great job at both.

Great storage device. Only drawback is inconsistency with password. Sometimes ot does not require it to open the files and other times it does.

This little fellow gives me the security I need to know my files are backed up, safe and portable. Now the information I need is there when and where I need it!

We bought this as an upgrade for an older version of a WD My Passport, it works great and provides us with assurance that our photos and documents will be safe.

Great portable storage, easy to use. Plug and play. Although, I wish it came with a pouch for easy storage and carry. No issues so far. I would recommend.

I have used WD passports for a long time. I always wait to get them on sale. I use a ton for backing up my data and have found them the most reliable for me.

Used it to transfer files from old macbook to new one. Kind of hard to set up but figured it out and works pretty well

This hard drive was so small it shocked us when we picked it up. We’ve had no issues with it. It also doesn’t require a power cord unlike our last one which ended up lost.

This passport external USB is an excellent product I would recommend it to any and everyone it is very very useful makes my life easier and work ethic has improved greatly

I had just purchased a new MacPro and needed a new back-up. The Passport couples with the Mac. No steps to activate. Plug the Passport in and it starts backing up!

Great product, haven't had crash yet. If you are looking for an external for either gaming, work, photos, or just random docs, then this will do you well as a storage device.

Awesome product! This device holds more info than I can ever imagine inputting! It does what it is supposed to do and so much more! We love it!

Love using these for backup storage for my photography studio!

It was easy to set up and it's easy to use. It did take me a minute to find out how to format it for both Mac and PC, but that's hardly the product's fault.

You have to adjust the settings in order for it to communicate with iOS, but you can easily google how to do that and afterwards it worked great has plenty of storage.
