I am pleased with this product - the cost is reasonable and the storage capacity makes it a good effective value product

This is by 5th passport over the last 15 years. The WD product has never failed me. I still have 3 passports in use.

It works perfectly fine every time I turn it on or plug it in no problems with anything absolutely dependable

Bought it for a maintenance guy who takes a ton of pictures and has been great so far. Easy to set up and move your pics over.

The WD My Passport is truly a lifesaver! No more multiple small thumb drives to pack along on appointments. These are perfect to set up multiple back up files on separate projects for large clients. I plan on purchasing additional My Passports (one for music only, photos only, etc.). These are especially convenient when you're traveling for business or pleasure. You can use it to save downloaded documents, photos, etc. in a safe place and organize them later.

Compatible with Xbox, great design solid not cheap build. Recommend for external storage

Works great with my Xbox Series X. Just plugged it in and the xbox asked to format it and that was it. Working perfect.

I strictly use this hard drive for extended space on my Xbox, I have no compliants at all. This drive exceeds my expectations.

This is a very manageable and convenient back up drive. I had two very old laptops, one that I could not even access; however the hard drive was still in tact. I was only interested in the photos and documents. Best Buy Geek Squad was able to retrieve those from both old laptop hard drives and put on this WD Back UP drive. Now I have those special memories in a compact resource.

Purchased to backup a computer. Really functions as anyone other one I have had. No complaints. Plug and play...doesnt get any easier.

Hi, there. So far a have this device for over a year. Purchased it, because a was running out of space on my Iphone. Downloaded all my pictures to it, and also backed up files from my personal PC. So, now I have my pictures and my data as a back up on this device; have peace of mind when comes to my personal files, and had some fun placing my pictures according to date (really had fun with the memories) and relevance.

It has good quality and relatively easy to use with different devices and easy to set it up.

I have used it on my xbox for a while now and it’s a good size. I can download almost any games and still have a bunch of memory

We use this harddrive for our xbox games. It's perfect for what we need and I dont think we will be able to fill it anytime soon.
