It does the job what it is for but its very heavy and bulky and i cant carry in my backpack

It may be good or not, it stop working after 3 weeks wirh it. any of my Pc´s recognized it

I returned the item because it didn't work. I couldn't get anything to store on the hard drive.

I read the description and the reviews online. It states in the "specs" that this will work with Mac. It doesn't. Took to the store to have The Squad help me just in case I was doing something wrong. Nope, confirmed at the store that this device will not work with Mac products. They exchanged for a compatible one.

Horrible device. I have a Mac Mini & after doing all the updates & formatting it still won't work on any other Non Mac device. You also have to unplug it before u switch ur computer back on or it appears that all ur files have gone.

Will do research more better next time before makingany purchase.

My PS4 was having issues of running slow becuase the internal hard drive was full of games and I was messing with my overall experience, so I just plugged this and it worked as soon as I connected it. And I transferred over 269 GBs to the Hard drive in only 40 minutes! And now my PS4 feels more responsible and faster than ever before! Really recommend this product to anyone that need more space!

This drive did not perform as expected. It failed several attempts to be formatted and was returned for refund.

This external hard drive disappears from the network. It also hums and vibrates. It worked good for around a year, then started to have problems.

This is not compatible with my Mac. No one in the store, esp the " expert" that helped me, asked which OS I was using. I had to return it. Big waste of time.

I gave this product 1 star only because it did not format on my macbook and they were not able to do so at the store as well/

It worked great at first. Within a year it died. Not what I expected at all, especially for the price.

I bought this portable western digital 2tb hard drive for my son. He needed more storage space for his xbox one. 500gb on his game console wasnt enough. It only holds 20 games. This 2tb works great. Once i plugged it into his xbox, I formatted it and that is it. All his games now save on the hard drive and works flawless. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

A great hard drive small easy to carry keep all your files with you

- The product came in as described and in two business days - I got the 2TB - Blue color for a very fantastic price. - Easy to plug and transfer data - Easy to backup data - Compatible with Windows and Mac OS. - Only caveat, for Mac OS users, the disk should be first erased or formatted before using. Because, by default the disk is in "read only" mode, meaning, you can't drag and drop files. After the format/ erase, the disk is in "Custom access" mode, meaning, you have full access to it. Also, make sure to keep the disk in ExFAT format (Mac users ONLY) - The disk is slightly bulky. For the caveat for Mac users and slight bulkiness, I rate it 4 stars. Overall, it does what it is made for :)

Very happy with My Passport. I have a Stora network drive with 2TB and wanted a portable drive I could take with me on trips. My Passport was very easy to setup...installed the software and was able to drag-n-drop files and perform backup of documents with no problem. Using it with my Surface Pro 3.

Bought this to go with my Shield for storage for a movie server. Works great for my needs.

I have over 40,000 pictures on my laptop and now I rest assured knowing they're backed up.

Perfect to expand storage for xbox one! Really enjoy the extra space.
