Purchased so I can safely store all of my digital pictures in one place. No more worries about clogging up my computer, now I have more than enough capacity. Great value!

I have been looking for a portable storage drive and have used Western Digital previously. This is a simple product to use right out of the box. Overall great product.

As far as I know this is the best way to go unable to compare as this is the first harddrive I have ever had.

It does not get any easier than this. Great design and easy plug and use storage device. I use this on my Son's Xbox one and it works great. I am very satisfied with this product.

Would have been nicer if it was a little bit thinner, but overall it's a great drive for traveling. Holds all my movies and is quick to transfer back to my laptop for playback.

Not only does it look sleek and elegant, its very easy to use. As soon as i connected to my laptop, the machine installed the software and within moments I was able to use it.

Bought this hard drive when I got low on memory on my PS4. Set it up and was back to gaming in 5 min. Highly recommended if u are low on the GBs. Buy with confidence.

Good solid WD performance. Only minor complaint is that the actual color of the hard drive was much brighter than the online pictures. This is a WD issue, not a Best Buy problem.

This product is easy to use, but had to be programmed for Mac users. This was not in the instructions, so it required a trip to Geek Squad to fix and that took quite some time.

After my PC crashed I decided to get multi-level storage for important files. This drive I use in connection with Carbonite and Degoo so that I have 3 layers of backup.

It's about time Sony updated PS4 OS to accept external USB drives. Wasn't looking forward to backing all saved data up and reloading everything. This was perfect plug & play.

Another great hard drive by WD, transfers and stores data quickly. Optional color schemes is pretty cool and different from the ordinary plain black. However, this model has a soft plastic shell that feels somewhat cheap and poses a potential disaster away from completely losing everything. So take caution.

Very good design, nice and compact. Make it easy to store in my laptop back. Password protected makes my file safe and secure. Fast connection makes transferring files easy.

I have a Mac fillied with memory and bought this bad boy and converted all documents over! My MacBook is running smooth as heck with all the free space I have now!

this item can be essential and backing up data from my computer but also can work as external storage for my PlayStation 4

I needed more space for everything I have and do. I already had a 1TB and have not had any issues with it. I did however delete what WD had on it, because I didn't need it.

Picked up on sale at BB + rewards credit to increase HD space on 500gb Xbox One S. Kids have added lots of games without having to delete every couple of new games.

I recommend WD highly have actually a total of 4 with one HD attached to my computer all the time. 3 of Passports. Never had a single problem with them and very easy to use.

I needed something to back up the files from my aging computer. I got this one sale and it was well worth the price. Fast and easy to set up. Highly recommended.

This hard drive works great. The only issue I had was when I first plugged it in to the PS4. It said unsupportable, so I unplugged it and tried again. Works like a champ.
