It Formatted to PS4
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Seagate HDD awhile back (similar in storage size and price to this Western Digital product) but had to return it because it would not correctly format to my PS4 as an external storage device. This WD My Passport hdd was recognized by my PlayStation and correctly formatted as external storage. Therefore, and for this reason because, the product met and slightly surpassed my expectations. The only gripe I have is that the USB cable it came with fits somewhat loosely into my PlayStation's USB port. (I would just use another cable; but, the end that plugs into the hard drive is double wide funky town.) Thus concludes the review.
