    Lots of fast storage for both legacy and fast USB-C. It’s also very small about the size of a pocket comb. Ideal file storage for my hi-resolution music on my server.

    We have purchased several of these external hard drives and we use them both in the US and aboard our sailboat in Guatemala. So far we've had no issues, and these are being used in a harsh environment (salty and humid air). I'll continue to purchase these moving forward.

    Great configurable option for backups and general file storage. I personally use it partitioned into a Time Machine drive for my Mac and as a traditional external drive for my PC. Super convenient if a little pricey.

    Great for backing up large files. Western Digital has new software interface that works well. However you only get a 10 year license to use it. Never kept a drive that long but what happens if you do?
