Small storage device that works great and easy to use. Even better if you can get it on sale.

These drives have been fantastic for my work as a photographer and graphic designer. I am able to switch between my desktop computer and laptop with ease thanks to the plug and play of USB.

After a learning curve, the product has so far been satisfactory.

So far so good! A little worried about recent reports of SanDisk/WD drive failures and total data loss, but I haven't had any issues with this WD one.

I was a little skeptical moving from just an external hard drive to this external solid state drive. It is working flawlessly and opens up a usb port on by computer by going through the USB-C input.

Ive always used WD drives. But this SSD has its issues with MacOs for some reason. Disconnects without warning which i have never had an issue with HDD drives. Everything else js great though read and write speeds are on point and its form factor makes it easy for the OTG uses. B+

This is a super fast backup drive for my computer it will backup in less than 30 minutes for what use to take about 2 hours on a physical drive.

This thing really impressed me! It has the fastest transfer rate of any drive i have connected to my computer. I highly recommend this ssd!

I bought this SSD drive because it was on sale and I thought I would give it a try. I've always had success with WD hard drives. Unfortunately, this drive is very slow for an SSD - compared to my other SSD drives (Samsung, Sandisk, etc.). I would recommend going with a different option than this one.

Worked well with both my PC and Mac right out of the box. Saved all my photos and buying it. Needed to be able to transfer to either computer.

Pretty quick storage, I got this on sale and it was well worth the price. Using it on my Xbox Series X for storage of non Xbox Series games.

Never had an external backup drive before, and my nephew, who is an IT person, said it was a good selection.

This ssd is as fast as advertised. I use it with my windows 10 PC and my MacBook Pro. It’s easy and no setup required, just plug and ready to transfer all your files fast!!!

Hoping this will be a good backup for our files. Our last external hard drive crashed and it was only z week old.

I have had trouble with all my SSD drives purchased through WD, including this one. I use a MacBook Pro and these drives tend to stop mounting after awhile and frequently need to be reformatted. They are under warranty and I am working with WD to exchange these or fix the problems. I understand that there have been production problems recently which have since been corrected. If considering purchasing this item, I'd consider purchasing a Best Buy service plan as well.
