    Very pleased as this is solid state , no moving parts and I programmed it to back up my laptop every week. Only issue is the hard copy instructions are very small and difficult to read. Best to look at the instructions online since you have to download the interface software to your computer anyway. Pretty intuitive.

    This product is good value but didn’t play well with my MacBook Air. The device didn’t eject correctly due to Apple software. Additionally, the device didn’t get recognized immediately when plugged in. It would take 5 minutes before it appeared on the screen.
