Great pc external hard drive backup. Plug and Play, just connect it, schedule days for backup and forget it. Very reliable.

Fast communication with my desk top and laptop systems via USB3 made backup and transfer simple. The included cable is just long enough (~16") for my situation, but may be short for some people. Compact if you need to transport, and since it doesn't need external power is convenient. I've used the Passport series of drives for years w/o any problems.

Easy to use. Lots of memory. Perfect. I plugged it in and was able to use it right away.

I reluctantly 1st purchased another brand over a few bucks. That was my 1st mistake. I had a 1TB Seagate and it was easy and flawless. I stuck to my gut and ended up with this. Easy, copy & paste. Free up space in minutes. I highly recommend!

Recently bought this to back up my family photos. I have several WD hard drives. Never had a problem. But I have heard that hard drives can suddenly stop working. So, I always backup my files in 3 different hard drives. It is never a waste when the files are precious and even just important. I have to wait and see if this hard drive also turns out to be as reliable as my previous ones.

Easy to use lot's of additional storage. No problem s connecting

I remember 30 years ago buying a 40 MB external for $249. This 4TB baby cost just over $100 and uploaded its operating software much faster. We’re so lucky to have a company like Best Buy with stores close by where we can ask questions from knowledgeable people and walk out with the product we need.

Coupled with a NETGEAR router it has been a very good NAS. Way more storage capacity than I will need, but for the price it was great

This is my 3rd Western Digital Passport. I have never had any issues with them. The are plug and play and are extremely reliable.

I've been using these Passport drives for years. I often will buy two at a time just to have a backup if needed, but I love these little bus powered storage drives.

I prefer these smaller portable external hard drives over the bigger ones. The bigger ones always seem to have issues. These work by just plugging into the usb, no external power needed. They are fast and efficient too.

Good shape and sleek look, the only issue is the very short type c cable they give you with it, it's only 6inch they should have given a ft.

Good product for decent price. Was thinking of SSD but decided on this one due to price.
