good amount of storage for a reasonable price.

Before purchase I had an Element backup and earlier model Passport. The new Passport incorporates both in one. Works great but in the new Passport Ultra the backup information was lousy!!!

This thing is massive yet so convenient and lights It's fast, efficient, attractive, and basically will solve any problems you're having (related to external hard drives at least). I use it for time machines and other large documents. Glad I bought it!

There isn't much to say about external hard drives these days. They are pretty much a commodity. The hard drive works well. It is early on so I can't speak to reliability, but I have had other WD external hard drives that go and go and go... So I am hopeful this one will last a long time, too.

Thia thing works exactly as it should. Fast, reliable, and plenty of space. I moved my media library for Plex off of two internal hard drives and onto here and it all runs great. No speed issues or buffering at all. Perfect way to clear up space in my case.

Works great as external hard drive for Xbox to store all the games without crashing or exceeding storage space. Definitely would buy again

So far so good. It was easy to plug in and transfer all of my pictures. I have about 150,000 photos and several videos and I STILL have room for more!

I liked my original so much I bought a second one. You can never have too much backup protection and I don’t like the cloud. I like to keep my files duplicated on a backup drive but sometimes the drives will fail, so I like having a backup of my backup.

It stores a lot and uploads fast. Easy to use and is portable

This did the job but wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I was hoping to be able to transfer documents via WiFi. The Best Buy rep told me this product does that but it does not. Just a regular drive. I returned it because of that missing piece but would recommend for their storage space of that is not important to you.

needed a new back up hard drive as my computer's motherboard fried. Fortunately my tech guy was able to pull the 800GB of data off of it and store it on this. It has plenty of room, fairly fast connection to the data. I also have a WD cloud that works great, this will just make my life that much easier.

Good product and very sturdy. Had some problems transferring large files but found a work-around to help. Other than that at great product.

Works perfectly with PS4. Was easy to format. Recommend if you need to increase your memory

Great value for money! Plug and Play but optional software on drive seems to be required at start up - but is not. Just plug it in and start using.

Great little hard drive and the guys at Best Buy formatted it for me to fat 32 so the service was great and the product is great

Got this for my PS5 and have had zero issues. All the PS4 games are stored in it and can play them straight from the HDD. PS5 games have to be moved to console storage in order to play them, but that’s PlayStation’s fault, not the HDD.
