This portable hard drive is easy to use just connect it to your computer and its ready to use. I used it to backup two of my laptops and still have space on it.

I am legally blind I needed to have The geek squad bifurcate my hard drive so that it ran windows in addition to the native apple. Not only did they do that but they’re installed jaws and zoom text software, in addition to, acrobat, reader and Microsoft word. At all Times, the Geek Squad staff were attentive, considerate, and extremely patient. Highly recommended! unparalleled service.

Works great, not hard at all to set up. I may have accidentally removed all the software, so hope it is easy to reset.

I don't know what we do with all our hard drives. I like WD HDs. This is a bigger one (4TB). We load them up with music, then buy some more. This is a good drive.

So far, so good. I've had good success with WD in the past, and this seems to be working well. Definitely better than Seagate (had three of those fail).

Works great! Connection with Mac’s little confusing in setting up. But after that works great!
