    I got this hard drive as a birthday gift to my nephew who need extra storage on as Xbox one and it have formatted and everything went through accordingly and now he has 4TB of space for more games on that note he can now install up to about 250 to 300 Xbox one games, depending on their full size 275 might be the most but I have a 5TB external Western digital and I have almost 350 games on it and that's also got 1.2 TB hard drive space left

    What I love is that this drive is bus powered and makes a perfect Time Machine backup drive for my iMac. Even though this comes Windows formatted by default, when you assign the drive for Time Machine purposes, the MacOS will guide you through in reformatting it. This drives reduces the need for a power cord which reduces the clutter to your desk.

    This 4 TB is huge. It took a long time to back up my PC but it may be my PC more than this although it is USB 2. I am using to back up computers and then maybe hook up to my router.

    I really like Western Digital drives - they always work perfectly and usually outlast all other brands. It is relatively very sleek given its storage. Works great and it even comes in other than "boring" black. I highly recommend it.

    Works great. Easy to set up on my mac. Would not recommend the built-in software. You just don’t need it. Just use the disk utility built into iOS
