I needed this passport to hold family photos and it has worked well to store everything I scanned. It was easy to use and access the photos I already downloaded to the external hard drive. I would recommend this to anyone who needs an external hard drive.

Really needed this item. There were the only people that were in the city That had nd stock.

Love the tiny red box that can hold more pictures then my brand new computer. I used this storage to download everything from my old computer and then have it available for my new one!

Works perfectly with PS4. Was easy to format. Recommend if you need to increase your memory

The size makes it easy to transport. You backup a lot of data with its 4TB capacity.

I purchased this to backup many, many CDs. It's big enough to hold them all. I had some of my music on another WD drive, and copying from one drive to the other went very quickly. Very happy with this drive!

I have purchased 20 or more Western Digital hard drives over the years, both internal & external, from 250 MB to 5 TB. I never had an issue with any of them including this 4 TB My Passport external hard drive. I would buy a WD drive any time.

Work great for filling with pictures, documents, or any other files. Holds large amount of data to free up space on your phone or computer.

This was a life saver. My PC wouldn't start and the GeekSquad used this item to back up my files. I would be lost without this save. I was lucky this device was available.

Great, dependable drive that I use with a media server. Only issue is updates. Maybe there is a workaround?

The WD - My Passport 4TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive is a reliable HDD that I use for backing up my 'work in progress.' Read-write speeds are acceptable.

I have not had any issues with this hard drive, I have uploaded over 300 movies and music and the best thing is I just plugged it into my Samsung TV and all it does is work. Very minimal heat buildup, I like it so far

Glad I Was Able To Buy This HD @ Best Buy When I Needed Extra Storage Space On My Laptop, Glad Best Buy Had The One I Was Looking For & Provides Me With Plenty Of Space To Store My Video Files.

This is a great portable hard drive and a universe better than the Passport I used for years. Easy to use and fast to do it's job in backing up our business programs. I definitely recommend it!

I bought the 4TB drive to back up data and pictures on 2 different computers, One a desktop and one a laptop. The USB 3.0 coupled with an interface cable that was USB 3.0 also, made the data transfer fast and accurate.

As always, WD 4TB external USB portable hard drive works as it should. 1 month in and no problems. I have been using WD external drives for several years without any issues.
