Great durable external hard drive. I will have years before I am able to use all the 4TB for my picture memories.

Software problems with my computer required reformatting the hard drive - that is when My Passport came to the rescue. I was able to install the OS onto My Passport, then use it to boot the ailing computer. It is now my primary hard drive for that machine.

Worked right out of the box. Using it for extra storage with my iMac so reformatted it to APFS with no problems. Great for storing photos, pictures, videos, etc. that chew up internal disk space.

Have used this brand in the past and it has never failed. Bought this for my laptop knowing that I would never fill it up. I would recommend this to to anyone needing a back up. The red doesn't get lost on my black desk.

The Passport has a large storage capacity in a Compact size.

Again, I use these for saving and moving AVI movie files when I don't have access to a streaming device. Many of my AVI movies are not available on streamnf services.

I bought this hard drive about some month ago. It’s has good speed and material quality, it’s a very sensitive device. I always use it at home.

Purchased this for a DJ friend who needed to unload his music onto an external to relieve the stress on his older model laptop! Mission accomplished! He’s loving it! It will take him forever to fill this thing up! Great find for a great price!

I bought this drive to back up a NAS appliance at home. The availability of different colors is great for quickly identifying the drive. It has worked flawlessly since I purchased it.

Easy to install. At 4TB there is plenty of room to store large files. I am using it mainly for all the pictures that I have accumulated and don't want lost. Great purchase.

I like WD and Samsung drives. I use the Samsung drives as a second hard disk for photo editing (holds my photos and catalogs) and the WD I like for backup and restore. Samsung are faster from what I can tell and WD provide speed and more space at a lower price point. Both of these brands are realiable.

Great buy and perfect for the ps5 as an add-on to load PS4 games from, it loads extremely fast and works great.

The Western Digital external hard drives has allowed us to keep important documents and photos without maxing out the memory of our MacBooks well over 10yrs.

Re-formatted it as EXFAT so I could use it for offline storage for both my PC and my Mac. Seems to work fine. I keep stuff on it that takes a LOT of disk space like hours of videos I've taken...

I use this external hard drive as primary storage on my PC and I’m happy with the amount of storage for the price.

Not a bad little hard drive. Powered up and moved data at speeds that were expected. I'm trusting WD is encrypting the data as expected...I have not cracked the drive open and attempted to read the data "the right way" yet.

Instant setup when plugged in. Very fast read and write speeds. I use this for storing camera images when out in the field. I recommend this drive for portability and storage.

We bought the WD - My Passport 4TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive for use with a Play Station 4. The dive installed without any problems and is working fine. Great value.
