Have used this brand in the past and it has never failed. Bought this for my laptop knowing that I would never fill it up. I would recommend this to to anyone needing a back up. The red doesn't get lost on my black desk.

Bought this to use as a backup drive for my Xbox Series X. Formatting the drive was simple and it filled its need perfectly.

I like WD and Samsung drives. I use the Samsung drives as a second hard disk for photo editing (holds my photos and catalogs) and the WD I like for backup and restore. Samsung are faster from what I can tell and WD provide speed and more space at a lower price point. Both of these brands are realiable.

It works just fine. The major item was the amount of storage and it was a large storage external. I store large files, up to 500 mg ea.

Worked right out of the box. Using it for extra storage with my iMac so reformatted it to APFS with no problems. Great for storing photos, pictures, videos, etc. that chew up internal disk space.

bought these for use and stock. This is the kind of thing I try and keep on hand. You never want to worry about data loss and with Western Digital I never have. Hard to believe this much data on so small a device.

Purchased for use as a travel & backup drive, as it has a much higher capacity than just a thumb/flashdrive. Excellent quality and usability as always from Western Digital.

I have downloaded many of my movies to keep for years, and the quality is as good as the original recording.

Purchased this for a DJ friend who needed to unload his music onto an external to relieve the stress on his older model laptop! Mission accomplished! He’s loving it! It will take him forever to fill this thing up! Great find for a great price!

Able to get all my data saved on an external drive. This has a lot of memory storage for the price.

Again, I use these for saving and moving AVI movie files when I don't have access to a streaming device. Many of my AVI movies are not available on streamnf services.

Great durable external hard drive. I will have years before I am able to use all the 4TB for my picture memories.

I bought this drive to back up a NAS appliance at home. The availability of different colors is great for quickly identifying the drive. It has worked flawlessly since I purchased it.

Easy to install. At 4TB there is plenty of room to store large files. I am using it mainly for all the pictures that I have accumulated and don't want lost. Great purchase.
