Works great with no setup trouble. Would buy this brand again.

Small light works niceley plugged into a pc or into the usb port on my router. Gives me netwoor attached storage.

The WD My Passport 4TB external usb 3.0 has a sound heritage. If it holds up as well as the others purchased in the past is a welcomed addition to my back-up system. Speed is reasonably fast (use usb 3.0 for fastest transfer rates). Nice to have different color options.

I needed more backup storage and this should take care of my needs for a couple of years.

Large hard drive. I like the light blue color so it is not mistaken for another external hard drive that are mostly black.

A lack of need for a power supply made this a great choice for consoles. Working great on a PS4. It was basically plug and play so there was no hassle in setting it up.

Valuable data was backed up when I had to have my computer in for service. I will continue to use it for other backups.

Works well. A good drive at a reasonable price. Doesn't seem to generate as much heat as the older models did.

fits the bill for storing music files to use in my new car. Wish I could just use my cds but have to move forward wit new technology and this is it.

Although I had trouble setting it up and figuring out how to use it, once that got ironed out I am very happy with this product. I would give it two stars for ease of setting up, but 5 stars for backup storage ability.

I use multiple portable HD's for backup. This drive was a replacement for a drive that was stolen. I found it easy to encrypt and faster than expected to which to write.
