It would be too time consuming to delete on my old computer and my old computer was not working properly.

Failed to import files from OneDrive

Then messaged No USB. Impossible to start up where device left off, so import begins all over resulting in duplicate files. On next try device turned off and gave Java script problem message. WD Tech Support was no help. Agent did not know device could import from OneDrive. Kept asking what software I was using and did not realize software is on the device. Suggested solution was to manually copy files from OneDrive, paste to MyPassport, then delete duplicates. This would take significant time, and what’s the point of having the device if it can’t import and files have to be copied and pasted. Returned to BestBuy.

Slow, unreliable, but a good price.

I hooked this up to my Xbox One S, formatted it, and it was good to go. 1 Month in and it's working just fine.

I had to move a lot of storage into this thing and was fast and responsive. I give 4 out of 5 stars only because the design is a little outdated.

It's never been dropped, so i'm not sure what the issue is, but all of a sudden.It can't be recognized by any computer.So all my photos are gone unless I pay big money for recovery service.
