For the most part, I like the look of this product. I wish it had a metal casing, though. Although, for around $100 and 4TB, it's worth it. I've backed up all of my files over the last 15 years and it's only 25% full!

Works really well for media and is much smaller than you'd think. I would definitely purchase again.

This drive has 4 Terabytes of storage which is great for my needs. I have 3 different computers, so I need a lot of backup space. This drive worked just fine right out of the box. So I'd say, no matter your level of technical knowledge, this drive will work well for you. Grace and Peace, jerry

Great performance and looks great with the blue color option! I have multiple external hard drives of this same model with 4 TB and all of them have kept their smooth performance and have been reliable the entire time! Also, great price for 4 TB of storage.

My pc was running out of space and I found this one. pro: small, easy to carry around, large space, and have good write speed.

Bought this unit to backup my photos and store in safe deposit box. Easy to use and transfer files.

4TB by WD have always proved to be great. Been buying WD for years and have yet to have any issues.

The equipment is good, basically flawless except on one point. On every device I have connected the hard drive, I have waited for the drivers to install before completing any task. However, once the time comes to disconnect the drive, I am unable to do so as it gives me an error message saying that the device is still in use. I have close every application via my device manager, the task bar, etc. Nothing is in use. So I end up having to disconnect the device without ejecting it first. Which scares me regarding file corruption. Other than that, I think the only other point that I would add to the review is that with the cost of this device, I would think that even a small case would come with it as it is not a 'heavy duty' case in itself.

Simple to use with my mac book. Fast write speeds and small size make it a perfect fit for my use!

Got this for my new xBox 1X for extra storage. Works great, nice to have extra storage available.

I recently purchased this for my XBOX One. I needed more space for my games and apps. It works great. I plugged it in and it transferred over everything right away. For anyone with an XBOX One or a computer to keep back ups, files, or anything to store, I would recommend this product to anyone.

Holds a lot and the price was great! Transferred all of my movies and stuff from my desktop to it as it is slowly dying and needs a lot of replacement parts to get it back to full spec. But for now, this is connected to my laptop until I can do that.

I thought this was going to be a normal 3.5" Desktop sized hard drive, but it's not, it's a tiny laptop sized hard drive which is AWESOME for portability. Great packaging, buying another one when it is in-stock again in the White color. And I have a mac, super easy to re-format for mac vs PC.

It's a 4TB drive, so 8X the PS4 500GB. Every game that I get on PS Plus that doesn't fit after I install GTA5 and RDR2, now fits with the new drive. It took about 30 seconds to configure, and I feel I have more than enough to last me until I can afford a PS5.
