Handy portable storage for on the go

It's a type of backup, but also let's me pull up presentations or collaborative work without turning on the laptop all the time. I'm just hoping the Solid State drives get to this size and price soon enough for even faster access to my data.

Works well but not for old Laptops

But in my old Laptop it is not detecing and often disconnects which I suspect it might be possible that old Laptop is not delivery enough power. But 1TB WD Elements works in my old Laptop. If you are buying for old Laptop, make sure to buy Y-Cable that may delivery additional power. So far all is good.

A lot of portable storage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my wife so she could use it to backup her MacBook Air along with backing up the photos from her iPhone since she is always running out of space on her phone due to pictures/videos of the kids. once she figured out how to backup her Mac and iPhone, she's been been very happy with it. While there are some slimmer drives, they won't store as much as this 4TB drive.
