Huge memory for home use. Very easy setup and run. Backup speed a bit slower than anticipated but good.

This is a fantastic external drive that can act like a backup for your hard drive

its too bad hard drive manufacturer's don't put a better DATA connection into hard drive, the connection on this drive is sensitive to movement and could result in data curuption or loss.

Does what is expected to do-it stores data. And lots if it. Build quality, at least externally, seems pretty solid. Like so many if the current external drives, the USB connectors have more wiggle room than I like but I have not lost a connection because of it.

This is my second WD My Passport unit, the first one has been working for over 3 years now but it was only 1 TB and time has come to expand. The price is according to the technology you get. If you need a faster performance consider the Samsung External SSD's.

I have over 16,000 photos on my iPhone and really wanted a place to put them. This device took all of these photos with no problem and I have so much more room on the device still. It’s unbelievable. I definitely reccomed this product!!!!

Once connected you can forget about it. The backup software is easy to customize to backup your c: drive. The drive is very small and easy to travel with you. There is only a USB connector and no power adapter is needed. It cannot be attached to a USB hub.

Quality product, worth the money. It will last long also and is a great brand.

Nice and sturdy with a good transfer rate Definitely loving the size, compared to the first external hard drives that weighed 200 pounds and were thick as the King James Bible.

This drive works well with no issues. Recognized immediately and is quick to load stored info as well as transfer information to and from. The 3 yr warranty is also a plus as other tb storage drives tend to have 1 yr. WD terabyte drives works great

Having a few WD Passports in the past and the need for a large drive, saw this one on sale and went for it. Fast like the others and large storage. The footprint of the new design is a bit larger due to its squareness (vs the Ultra, which has a good solid feel).

A very quick portable hard drive with a huge amount of disk space. The only downside is that its pure USB, even inside; so if you ever need to replace the drive inside you can't replace it with drive that has a SATA connector (same goes for if you want to remove the drrive from its case and use it inside a computer or laptop, its next to impossble since its a USB connector on the drive, not SATA)... Still an amazing external drive.

Once the PS4 updated to allow external hard drives, I immediately wanted to fine something to end the game juggle struggle (deciding which game to delete to make room for another) This works perfectly. I've had no issues thus far and I'm very happy with it.

I got this to expand the storage for my PS4. It was easy to install and since it doesn't need an external power supply, I just had to plug it into the USB port on my PS4, tell the PS4 to use it for primary storage and I was all set! Would buy again for sure.

Purchased this SSD to expand storage for my PS4 since my son has loaded so many games on it. This is a quick drive and you can't even notice any delay on games that are installed on this versus the internal drive on the PS4.

xbox one hard drive is too small & I was constantly having to delete games for new ones. This is a great tool to be able to store a ton of games. I just hate when you buy a hard drive of any size, you do not have access to the entire amount of space because.
