So far so good. Using this with a Raspberry Pi 3, for my plex server and it is still running strong.

The drive provides plenty of storage and has a 3.0 USB interface for fast data transfer. It also allows password protection for sensitive data.

Spacious and portable, great for all your media. Powered through the USB port, it is very convenient. Price was also right at $110.

This drive with usb 3 is pretty fast and quiet. I did notice a little vibration, but nothing out of the ordinary for a mechanical drive. It didn't contain software to do so, but I WAS able to convert it from GPT to MBR so as to make it compatible to transfer my old XP files to my Win7 and Win10 computers (note: this deletes the backup utility software that comes on the drive, so back that up somewhere first-but I didn't need it). It comes with a usb to micro-usb cord. My only complaint is the cord should have been a little bit longer.

Everybody needs some back-up. This is a great choice, because of its 4TB size. The price is also reasonable. A good buy!

This is a straight out of the box easy to use external backup. I am technologically challenged and it was a simple plug and go.

I bought this to use with a Playstation 4. I just had to reformat it in order to use it, but have had no issues.

I bought this for the Xbox one cause we are big gamers and need lots of memory storage. Its gonna take quite a bit of time to fill this up.

I love WD products they are a reliable part of my back-up workflow. I own several of their hard drives and have never had an issue.

I have 3 of these disks and they have been great for storing all my pictures, movies and music. Great disk to archive all your libraries.

I honestly think that the toughest part about hooking this up was actually opening the box up. After you plug it just wait a few minutes and it'll give you the option to format it. After you format it you're done and you have so.much more room now to hold whatever you want.

A great product at a great price. Western Digital makes great drives. Excellent product. As always, have 2-3 backups to avoid data loss

I love how much you can put on this so you don't have to have any of your files on your computer.
