The Hard Drive I purchased is doing just what I needed it to do.

The software you need to use it, WD discovery specifically, is janky and whenever I input my password to unlock the HD the whole application freezes. I haven't been able to successfully unlock my HD in weeks, and luckily there's nothing on it that I need. As to why there's nothing on it that I need...files wouldn't completely upload onto the hard drive before this software issue began happening. I figured it was user error, or the type of files I was trying to upload. Never got to figure out which it was, because now I can't even access the HD to begin with. I'm positive there are better products out there.
