I bought this 4TB drive because my 2TB was no longer sufficient. Set-up was easy and straightforward. I had my data backed up in very short order. I have had the drive for about a month. I will follow up if I have any issues.

This is a workhorse and solid drive. Very pleased with this one, it has held up well. I've had a few "off brands" and I can say that when you want to keep your stuff and not lose a drive, WB delivers.

The 4TB WD My Passport is only slightly thicker than their 1TB model, which is impressive. I have a 1TB My Passport from almost 10 years ago and it still works well, so I'm hoping for the same longevity from this one!

I was a bit skeptical about the drive as it's new to the market and 4tb usb powered. But looks like WD keeping its quality. I use it almost everyday and no issues so far. Hopefully I will have the same impression in the long run.

This little hard drive it's the best bang for your buck. Bought this about a month ago I'm glad I did. Geek Squad backed up to my computer's on it with plenty of space left. Easy to use Easy transfer files.

Bought this for my PS4, plugged it in and worked fine. Unfortunately PS4 doesn't automatically start the process for getting the drive ready so you have to do some steps on the PS4, but otherwise works fine.

The exterior hd is awesome. Very nice and dependable item.

We had purchased a different manufacturers HDD for use with an xbox one but it played all cut scenes jittery and skipping. We finally discovered that it was the brand of hdd that was the problem, this has worked like a charm.

I travel a lot for my job and my content needs to be saved. WD has always had my back. When you are on the road doing photo/vid work and editing constantly, 4TB is the best to have with you.

It's small. It works. I use it for my PS4. Have yet to use all of the storage.

Read reviews on the wd hard drive and decided to purchase it to use with my PS4 and I'm not disappointed, it's easy to set up and haven't had problems with it if you're looking for a top quality hard drive pull the trigger.

It was easy to setup! Plug it in and it detects Operating system for setup.

I stand by Western Digial 24/7. Never had an issue with them in the past. I finally bought a 4 TB drive to consolidate all my pictures, movies and files! I have been waiting for awhile for a portable 4TB drive and this is it!

I Only purchase the WD Passport drives due to dependability. I move this drive around from work to home daily and never once had a problem. I own several after 7 years the first one is still working without any problems
