The hard drive is portable and has a very good design. If you are in the market for a hard drive with large capacity and want one that is portable, this should be in your short list.

Recently ran out of storage on my ps4 so I decided to give this hard drive a shot. It works great! Comparable with ps4 and has great transfer speeds. Would recommend

Obviously, I bought this for backups and transport between systems. It handle large files quickly and accurately. Some reviews mentioned noise issues but I haven't noticed any.

I purchased this external drive to use with my Xbox One X. It works perfectly! It's plug and play with the Xbox, which is nice! I'm able to store a LOT of games on this too!

You need an external hard drive these days very badly. It's A MUST to have it to store your photos and videos. And the small but spacey WD Passport is a perfect answer to that!!!

bought 2 of these for $99. I used to used a heavy RAID backup device for all my videos and photos. Now I used 2 of these. I keep one at my office and synch them both.

I bought this as an external hard drive to my xBox One. It has been very simple to setup and migrate my data to. The drive has been very speedy and I have had no issues what so ever. :)

Bought this for my 12 year old's Xbox, which had run out of room. It was so easy to install and use that he had everything set up and working within minutes of opening without my help.

Worked really good until the power would flicker every now and then to the point it corrupted itself but ps4 cloud service clutched up.

After the PS4 update, researched external hard drives and this one stood out for the amount of memory and price. This is a very good external hard drive and extremely easy to set up.

I have been using Western Digital portable hard drives for years with great results. I was glad when they when they produced one that has 4 TB of storage space.

Got this to store all my previous and future work along with my photos to keep my laptop storage open. So much storage, I wont be needing another drive for a long while.

Very compact drive, reasonably fast. Used it to increase the drive size on my PS4, setup was easy and flawless. Works great and is very small and fits easily next to my PS4!

This hard drive has been great so far. It's smaller than I expected, which is nice. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a portable hard drive with a lot of space.

Face it, drives today are all the same. It is a 4TB HDD. It has a different design and is "new." Well always go for new, even a few months newer may mean updates system capacitors or other anomalies that have been fine tuned. I know it looks different with the funny design, but that's not why I got it. I like that is is the latest. I see they have different colors too, so that is neat. Keep the kids from fighting. The best thing is that it is powered by the PC, you do not need an AC outlet like with larger drives. Yipee.

Took 43 hours to download 3.4 terabytes of pictures and data from four other external drives. Pleased with the accuracy and no longer needing to search through so many hard drives.
