I got this storage for my boyfriend and he has been able to download so many games. Not only is it a large amount of storage but it’s for a great price.

I haven't been able to make the My Passport back up automatically. I've been on the phone 4 times with the technical support, and all they do is re-install the software. I have an old Passport Slim that worked fine with the SmartWare program, but this does not work properly and cumbersome with the WD program.

This seems perfectly with my laptop. I am able to back up any documents that I need to you. The updates are excellent and this product works very well.

This HDD works very good with my Xbox one, I was able to go from 500 GB to 4 TB in just a couple of minutes, 100% recommended

This unit combines are good parts of its smaller brothers with larger capacity. I was able to combine older 500gb backup drives from years ago with movies all in one device.

This product is as advertised. It’s better to store a “ga zillion” of my wife’s photos on this device rather than it clogging up my computer. Lol!

Purchased this for extra storage on my PS4. It works like a charm. The gold color makes it look like a block of cheese but I personally don't mind.

Very easy, just connect the hard drive to my laptop and start to use it, no issue at all, I would recommend this product to anyone, especially for such a reasonable price

4 TB unit can be password protected to provide privacy and protection. Only improvement would be if it were available as a solid state hard drive.

Great product, I have two of these hard drives have not failed on me. Good alternative if not wanting to spend the extra cash on solid slate drives.

This 4tb hard drive works with the Xbox one and requires no additional power cord. Very portable so it can be taken with you to play downloaded games on another Xbox one.

Love that these are now available in colors! Reliable and cost effective external/backup storage. Now if we could just have them as internal hard drives for laptops!

I needed geek squad repair service for my home PC. This was recommended so I could back up my files just in case items would be lost on my PC while they were repairing it. This held all of my files, documents, and photos. I now have them backed up on my Passport with plenty of room for more storage,

Bought this as an external HDD for my PS4 and was blown away by how fast the install and read speeds were. Ridiculously fast and makes the internal feel like a snail.

This is a great external hard drive. We store all of our photos on this to keep our phones and computers backed up.

This HDD was purchased for use with my PS4. I was running out of space for game downloads. This solved my problem without much cost, and it was easy to set up!

1. USB power supply(meaning there is only one cable for everything) AND 2. Password encryption!!! YAYYY!!! These are the 2 features I was looking for! Thx! :-)

4 terabytes of memory One usb cable, with instruction. Great product for putting music photos, videos or anything else to have any memory bank.

Small physical size yet large internal drive. Think I will convert all my large WD book sized external hard drives to this small size and free up some shelf space!
