    Had initial trouble in that Windows 10 would recognize the drive but not mount it. Turned out to be a bad/incompatible USB port on my computer. Almost gave up before realizing that problem. I didn't troubleshoot further - connecting it to a different port solved the problem and it has worked flawlessly since. One note: if for backup, you also want a complete image for restore, my software limited the available backup space beyond the image to 2TB.
