    I'm sure this product is fine normally but the one I purchased had a broken connection. It had a USB-C adapter but was not a true USB-C like the Ultra versions of these passports. The information at initial purchase was very confusing. I returned it due to the broken connection on the drive itself and did not re-buy. I will wait for WD to make a 5TB ultra with a true USB-C connection.

    I purchased this drive to use on an xbox one. It was immediately recognized & I had no issues formatting it for the xbox. As others have stated, it only shows 4.5GB available. I am happy with it.

    Difficult at first getting the Mac to see it but eventually figured it out. Wasn't plug and play, had to download stuff first.
