    I USED THIS TO BACKUP YEARS OF OUR FAMILY PHOTOS even with cloud backup, I feel my memories are PRICELESS! I would like to keep them in MY possession for backup, use on other devices and editing!

    The storage is amazing and works very fast. I use this for uploading photos and keeping organized as a self-employed photographer. However, if you are using a Mac you will need set it up for Mac, which is easy, and will need a USB-C cable for ease.

    I've always been a Seagate customer, but my last two portable hard drives quit on me after a one and two years. So, I decided to give WD a try. I've only had this hard drive for a couple of months, but I'm impressed with the ease of use and how quiet it is. It also has nice feel and weight to it. Only time will tell if I will get more life out of this HD as compared to Seagate.
