Easy to use and high capacity. A bit bulkier than I'd like but it can still fit into a pocket. Western Digital quality Made in Thailand, not China.

We were able to partition the drive as needed. We are using it to back up a Mac. It works great and is handy to transfer files between computers

It was very easy to use. You just have to re-format the drive for a Mac through the computer's utilities. Once done, it found the drive and started backing up right away.

Purchased two of these drives for our different laptops and it was very easy to set-up the automatic back-ups. Plug in, identify what you want backed-up and then go.

In the past, I have purchased several WD "books" and "clouds." None of them seem to be worth the time or effort. Whereas this jewel was immediately in the driver's seat.

I use this as a backup device for a server in my office. Works flawlessly. Very good value when it is on sale. USB 3 makes this a fast external drive.

Flawless, works as intended, I bought this to replace an aging 2TB external.

Using drive for Time Machine back-ups. Faster and smaller than the 3TB Seagate unit it replaced. Excellent small unit. Does not have a stand, nor does it have non-skid external surfaces. Would purchase again.
