Works well for larger file storage. Easy set up and transfers

Still haven’t figured out how to use this on my new Mac laptop. Confusing software has made using it on apple OS difficult. Probably works much easier on older apple software and Microsoft

Have used WD Passport devices for years without any issues except I need larger and larger ones to store all data we keep. This one replaced an older smaller Passport and it working well as expected.

I really enjoy this hard drive. I found a case for it and it goes with my tablet.

This item works as intended and holds just about the advertised 5 TB of data. The only problem - if you get it - is that the computer BIOS may not boot properly when it's plugged in. To solve this, unplug the drive, boot normally, then plug the drive back in.

The product works as expected with good read and write speeds for a hard drive. This portable hard drive is ideal for bulk storage on the cheap. The only complaint is that the hard drive does not have feet on the bottom laying on a surface.

We havent had it long but so far its been great it was easy to pair to the PS4 which is what we got it for.
