And best buy is saying they cannot help me at all. The tech said he cant see anything on the drive and says i need to buy a new one. This one has years of images and docs i absolutely need! Cannot be accessed.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although it’s read/write speed isn’t amazing (topping out at around 100mbps, averaging about 80), I bought this drive to store/play movies directly off of, and it’s easily fast enough to write 4K movies a very high bitrate (30mbps is the highest I’ve tried). Had this for about a month now with no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend it for most purposes.
