Fast, reliable and sooo much space to back up all my files and save my collection of videos. It does not need a separate power source, works from the USB cord.

for the price this is great I use it predominantly for my ps4 and it worked wonderfully. hope they make something like this for ps5

Fast and convenient, WD client since 2010. Definetly reccomended.

the unit works fine, but I am disappointed, that you have to utilize a work around to use it with Linux. I have not switched all of my computers over to Linux, and only go back to Windows, or apply when I have to. You can make it work, but it does not work as smooth as it should

Very happy with this drive. Been reliable and have had no issues with it. I use it for my offline backups. I like the software option to encrypt and password protect my data.

Works excellently even after I dropped it, GASP! It is my third Passport, The first one died after 5 years. Now if the backup software would just allow me to backup the MyCloudHome to it. I would be happy.

I am a professional wedding photographer and videographer, and I have never used any other hard drive than the My Passports. They are amazing and I love how small and easy they are to carry around.

Been using this on the go with my laptop to watch movies and TV shows on. Very small and portable no issues.

Easy setup and works as expected. No issues so far. The included software on the drive did not work for me, but I did not need it anyway. You may be able to download it from the manufacturer if you need it.

Item as described. Using as backup for games on Xbox. Allows you keep storage and quick read.

It does great for what it's intended for. Haven't had any issues from it at all.

So far so good , big enough to keep all my photos, no need to plug in thats how my other drives went during a power outage

I love WD external storage. I have several of these of differing sizes as extra storage for our gaming, xbox one, ps4 and pc. These are fast enough to keep up with the original drives found in the above devices.

Plenty of disk space and very fair on the price. Runs smoothly and has a high transfer rate. Just takes many hours to format.

Actually I bought two of them to switch out for Home Server backups. Is very nice being powered by the USB so only have us one cord. Speed has been good.
